More than an ordinary bed base
Manufactured in Germany to the highest quality standards, the wenaFlex® comfortPlus bed base sets new standards in ergonomic lying comfort. 60 height-adjustable spring elements with two-stage movement and 240 support points* give your body exactly the support it needs in every sleeping position.

Variable height adjuster
A variable height adjuster between the spring slat and spring element allows individual elements to be lowered or raised. We will be happy to advise you on how to adjust the comfort zones to suit you. Of course, you can readjust the lying surface at any time to match your sleeping habits. Our spring elements, which can be adjusted in height in stages, give you exactly this freedom.
Patented firmness adjuster
Need different levels of firmness in the lumbar and pelvic areas? No problem. Individual rows of the spring elements on our wenaFlex® comfortPlus bed base can be adjusted with a single movement. The result is easy handling with maximum flexibility - helping you relax at night and recharge for the day ahead.
Convenient access to storage space under the bed
Alongside its ergonomic benefits, the bed base also offers practical functionality. Thanks to the extended foot section and optimised lifting angle, storage space underneath can be accessed with ease. Improved distribution of the mattress weight allows smooth movement when lifting, helping to ensure stable and safe operation. This not only makes it easier to reach under-bed storage compartments and drawers, but also allows the entire sleeping area to be used more efficiently. This thoughtful solution is particularly beneficial for beds with integrated storage and also makes cleaning underneath the bed considerably easier.
Durable and stable materials
The bed base is made from an inward-bevelled laminated beechwood frame with dowelled and screwed corner joints for maximum stability. This provides exceptional durability and distributes forces evenly across the entire lying surface. With 12 spring slats, 60 spring elements and a total of 240 support points in the 90 x 200 cm size, the bed base ensures optimal pressure distribution and targeted support for the body. The high quality of the materials keeps the construction strong and resilient even after years of use - for long-lasting sleeping comfort without compromise.
Flexible sizes and bespoke options
Our wenaFlex® comfortPlus R bed base is available in all standard sizes, including 90 x 200 cm, 100 x 200 cm, 120 x 200 cm, 140 x 200 cm and 100 x 210 cm. We also offer bespoke options for customers with specific requirements. Whether you need special dimensions, a particular shape or individual adjustments for specific physical needs, the bed base can be made to measure on request for an ideal fit and maximum comfort.

Two-stage movable spring elements with soft and support zones provide precise support for every part of the body in every sleeping position.
A simple turning movement allows each of the three complete rows of spring elements in the lumbar/pelvic area to be adjusted firmer or softer.
The low profile of approx. 8.5 cm means it can be used in virtually any bed construction without compromising lying comfort.
