In order to fulfil the high demands of our customers, Wenatex relies on the independent production of its mattresses. This ensures that the highest quality is achieved at every stage of production.
At our factory in Ranshofen/Austria, we are constantly working on the further development of our sleep system. Intensive research in our own test laboratory and the use of state-of-the-art technology and high-quality materials ensure that we only offer you products of the highest quality.

Always one step ahead

Wenatex mattresses are manufactured using the latest techniques and tests in conjunction with the use of the highest quality materials. Constant quality tests - both internal and external - go hand in hand with the production of our products. For the final testing of the products, a unique concept has been developed together with numerous control and measuring stations that goes far beyond the usual testing standards.

Production of the wenaCel® comfortPlus mattress

In the production of the cold foam mattress core, we work closely with one of the most innovative and largest cold foam manufacturers in the world, which is based in Austria. The SMT cut (surface modification technology) developed specially for Wenatex gives the mattress core its unique brook bebble design. In accordance with Wenatex's high quality standards, the support point elasticity is carefully tested during mattress production.

Precision work for optimum sleeping comfort

Only the highest quality materials are used in the manufacture of the mattress covers. Particular attention is paid to optimising moisture management. To achieve this, we work together with a world-leading Austrian fibre manufacturer, which supplies key components for the production of the mattress covers. The mattress covers are sewn with the utmost precision and then combined with the various mattress components in our in-house mattress production line. This makes it possible to fulfil customers' individual wishes and produce mattresses in special formats and sizes within the shortest possible production time.
