Anyone who constantly changes sleeping habits automatically worsens the quality of their sleep. Therefore, those who have problems finding sleep, should try to stick to regular habits.

Here are a few tips:
Always go to bed at the same time, even at the weekends
• Always choose the same sleeping position

Do not read or watch TV in bed
Take pleasant thoughts to bed with you and leave worries outside the bedroom door
Slow deep breathing has a calming effect
