GfK Study proves: Customers give Wenatex top grades
A representative survey held by the GfK Market Research Institute, in which 2000 Wenatex customers and hosts were questioned in June 2010, produced a clear result: An overwhelming majority is satisfied with the Wenatex sleep consultation service, as well as with the products and other services that the company has to offer. Here are the results in detail.
Evaluation of the Wenatex company:
“Wenatex is a company that I can trust”: 98 percent of hosts agreed with this statement. 98 percent also had the feeling that they were appreciated by Wenatex. 95 percent of the hosts stated that they tell other people about the positive experiences that they have made with Wenatex. 97 percent of the customers can also imagine that they would recommend the sleep consultation service and the Wenatex products to their relatives, friends and acquaintances. Would those customers hold a sleep consultation event or buy Wenatex products again in future?: 85 percent of the Wenatex customers could imagine so. All in all, the persons questioned expressed a great sense of trust and a particular appreciation toward the company. The total level of satisfaction that hosts experience with Wenatex lies at 99 percent.
Evaluation of the Wenatex sleep consultation service:
A total of 98 percent of the customers were satisfied with the sleep consultation service. In response to the question on information content and the practical use of the consultation service, 98 percent of the customers and hosts said that they were satisfied and that they found the advice informative and were able to make good use of the tips. According to the survey participants, the advice was also professional and helpful, whereby important health aspects were addressed. The atmosphere during the consultation was also evaluated very positively. 99 of the customers were satisfied with the atmosphere during the consultation. In addition to the professional level of the consultation, the evening was said to have been easy-going, informal and fun. The fact that the consultation service was performed at home, within familiar surroundings, was also positively evaluated. The vast majority of those questioned wouldn't change anything that has to do with the nature and performance of the consultation service.
Evaluation of the Wenatex sleep consultant:
The sleep consultants were given extremely positive evaluations by the survey participants. A total of 96 percent of the customers said that they were satisfied with the sleep consultants. The professional competence of the sleep consultants was considered to be satisfactory by 98 percent of the questioned customers. They claimed that they were well and thoroughly informed. The good manners and courteousness of the sleep consultants were also evaluated to be satisfactory by 98 percent of the customers. 98 percent of the hosts and customers were satisfied with the punctuality of the sleep consultants. And 99 percent were satisfied with the appearance of the sleep consultants. Professionally qualified, competent, courteous and friendly: This is the image that comes to the majority of the guests’ minds when they think of the Wenatex sleep consultant. A total of 96 percent of the customers are satisfied with the sleep consultants.
Evaluation of the Wenatex products:
The orthopaedic sleep system SilverMed® Deluxe sets completely new standards with regard to healthy and restful sleep. This is also confirmed by hosts and customers, who gave the sleep system and the individual Wenatex products an excellent evaluation. A total of 98 percent of the customers said that they were satisfied with the products. With regard to production quality and material, 99 percent of the customers gave positive evaluations of the quality of the products. 98 percent are satisfied with the sleeping comfort provided by the Wenatex products. Features such as the washability of the products, hygienic, antibacterial and constitutional aspects, the easy handling and lightness received particularly positive evaluations. 90 percent of the hosts claimed that their sleep had improved through the use of Wenatex products.
