Prof. Bankhofer’s Tips for Sound Sleep

Wenatex has added recognised health experts like Prof. Hademar Bankhofer to its consulting team. Here are some of his suggestions for getting a good night’s sleep.

 

Tip 1:
Don’t eat too much during the evening, and avoid fatty foods. After eating dinner, wait for about 3 hours before going to bed.
Tip 2:
Special herbal teas can produce a very pleasant drowsy feeling. Valerian, lavender flowers and balm are particularly well known for their soporific properties.
Tip 3:
An herbal scent can be especially nice to go to sleep to and will help you stay asleep. Various kinds of herbal padding are available for your mattress.
Tip 4:
Only choose a scientifically proven mattress. Look out for a mattress that has anti-allergic and antibacterial properties, and choose a sleep system that is fully interwoven with silver threads.
