Research with famous Sleep Laboratories: For decades, we have been intensively involved in sleep research. We’ve been working with famous sleep laboratories and supporting researchers in their work.

This constant cooperation is providing us with valuable information that represents the most important basis for our consultation and development work. We implement the results of modern sleep research in our consultation sessions and our products, an blend research, technology and nature for you.

Development at the highest level: From the results of international sleep research and our own research work, we know that nature is often especially helpful for getting a good night’s sleep. There are a number of medicinal herbs that have a very positive influence on sleep and support a sense of well-being.

At the same time, the results from the laboratories show that silver combined with a textile fibre ensures a comfortable sleep that meets the highest standards of hygiene. Wenatex has developed SilverMed®, a combination of the purest medicinal silver with a textile fibre and has integrated it into its othopaedic sleep system.

Our test laboratory is equipped with a quality control machine in accordance with DIN 1957 and the LGA (State Trade Agency) Directives. This enables us, among other things, to perform quality tests on mattresses and regularly exchange information with the LGA Furniture Testing Institute in Nuremberg. This informal exchange takes into account the commonly performed tests on samples in order to be able to compare test results and improve the level of reproducibility.
